Fabric orders are batched and processed and shipped from our Los Angeles studio every Tuesday and Friday. You will receive a shipping notification via email with your tracking number once the order is shipped.
Custom Made Garment Shipping
Custom orders are cut and sewn specifically for you after your order has been placed. The lead time is 3-6 weeks. When your order is shipped you will receive a shipping notification via email with your tracking number. All orders ship via USPS and will arrive approximately 3-8 business days after they are dispatched.
PDF Sewing Pattern Returns
We do not accept retuns on digital products like sewing patterns. Please read the description carefully and contact us if you have any questions before purchasing.
Digital prodcuts are for use by the purchaser only and cannot be shared or distributed with others. Thank you for respecting our designs!

If there is an error in your fabric order or you have received an incorrect item please email firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll take care of the rest.
All fabric sales are final. Once an order is placed we cannot accept refunds or exchanges.
Fabric care instructions are provided by the fabric manufacturers and can be found on each product listing page. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges on fabric that has been damage during the washing process or that has been laundered incorrectly. Thank you for your understanding!
Custom Made Garment Order Returns
We want you to love your custom made garment, please email us with fit or sizing questions before you place your order or refer to the size and measurement charts on each product page.
If there is an error in your custom made garment or you have received an incorrect item please email email@example.com and we’ll take care of the rest.
If for any reason you are unhappy with your item we gladly accept returns for store credit so you can find an item that you will truly love and wear. Returns are accepted for new, unworn and unwashed garments within 14 days of receipt. All garments must have the original tags attached.
Store credit never expires and is issued in the form of a code to use in our online store for the value of the items returned. We do not offer refunds. The customer is responsible for paying the shipping cost back to Matchy Matchy when returning an item.
