Shipping Timeline
Orders will ship out within 5-7 business days. During sales or high order volume orders will ship within 10 business days. We appreciate your understanding! If you need to receive your order faster please email hello@matchymatchysewingclub.com or simply reply to your order confirmation.
How orders are processed
Fabric orders are batch processed and shipped from our Los Angeles studio every 2-3 days a week. You will receive a shipping notification via email with your tracking number once the order is shipped.
US Shipping Cost
All orders are shipped from our studio in southern California. Shipping times will vary depending on your location.
$8.95 USD flat rate shipping via USPS (4-8 business days)
Free shipping for order over $150 USD via USPS (4-8 business days)
International Shipping Cost
All orders are shipped from our studio in southern California. Shipping times will vary depending on your location.
Shipped via USPS international, based on weight and desitination. Customer is responsible for any additional taxes and duties.
DHL is available as an option at checkout for faster delivery. We prefer DHL for upgraded orders because the service includes all duties and VAT fees.
International shipping costs are high. Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do about the shipping cost to countries outside of the USA, even to Canada. The rates are set by the post office and/or delivery companies and they are the only options available, we do not set these rates and we do not make any profit on shipping. The available options are quite expensive, but we keep them as an option because some customers would like this service.
We are hoping for a better solution in the future, but for now this is all we can offer.
Custom Made Garment Shipping
Custom orders are cut and sewn specifically for you after your order has been placed. The lead time is 3-6 weeks. When your order is shipped you will receive a shipping notification via email with your tracking number. All orders ship via USPS and will arrive approximately 3-8 business days after they are dispatched.
Returns
PDF Sewing Pattern Returns
We do not accept retuns on digital products like sewing patterns. Please read the description carefully and contact us if you have any questions before purchasing.
Digital prodcuts are for use by the purchaser only and cannot be shared or distributed with others. Thank you for respecting our designs!
Fabric Returns

If there is an error in your fabric order or you have received an incorrect item please email hello@matchymatchysewingclub.com and we’ll take care of the rest.
All fabric sales are final. Once an order is placed we cannot accept refunds or exchanges.
Fabric care instructions are provided by the fabric manufacturers and can be found on each product listing page. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges on fabric that has been damage during the washing process or that has been laundered incorrectly. Thank you for your understanding!
Custom Made Garment Order Returns
We want you to love your custom made garment, please email us with fit or sizing questions before you place your order or refer to the size and measurement charts on each product page.
If there is an error in your custom made garment or you have received an incorrect item please email hello@matchymatchysewingclub.com and we’ll take care of the rest.
If for any reason you are unhappy with your item we gladly accept returns for store credit so you can find an item that you will truly love and wear. Returns are accepted for new, unworn and unwashed garments within 14 days of receipt. All garments must have the original tags attached.
Store credit never expires and is issued in the form of a code to use in our online store for the value of the items returned. We do not offer refunds. The customer is responsible for paying the shipping cost back to Matchy Matchy when returning an item.
