Love these pants!

These pants were easy to make and even cuter than I imagined! I am very excited to try out the shorts version and maybe even the taper leg instead of wide leg. I used a household/drapery fabric and think I could accomplish a business casual look with these to the office! I normally wear an XL and went with XL based on my body measurements but will likely size down next time. Also I have previously struggled with ruffle making (DIY/experiment on my own) and this pattern/instructions made it very easy. Will likely be adding ruffles to lots of items in the near future

Love these shorts!

A real fun pair of shorts to make! I will make more of them. I especially like the large pockets.

Easy to follow, fun to do!

I'm still a beginner, and these were really straight-forward with the included instructions. The gathering isn't hard, its just a pain. They're quick and easy enough (done in 1 afternoon) that I'm going to make a few different versions so I can practice with a few different-weight fabrics. I used a cotton-poly blend for this version - I'd like to try linen (shorts and pants), and denim (pants).

I am in love with these pants. Im a new beginner sewist and I found it was easy to follow. The facing and separate waistband were new to me but instructions were clear (I did get a bit confused with the top stitching of the pocket). I cant stop wearing these. Such cool cool pants! Highly recommend.
