Sewing Clubhouse

Welcome to the clubhouse!

We are thrilled to release our newest resource into the world. The Sewing Clubhouse is an organization tool created just for sewists (just like you) as you follow your creativity.

It contains everything you need to organize your sewing in a snap - from projects to fabric stash - pattern library to inspiration - and a whole lot more. We set out to create a tool that would work for everyone and keep all sewing related info in one places, similar to a second brain.

Does this sound familiar?

You're trying to remember where you saw that one picture, tip or link that would be so helpful right now - was it in your Instagram feed? Did someone send it in a DM? Maybe it was Pinterest? Ack!!?!

Or, you're at the fabric store and you can't remember how many buttons you need, or how much fabric is left over from that one project, or the yardage required for a new make.

I would find myself digging for this type of info all the time. I knew it existed somewhere, but where!?!

Enter the Sewing Clubhouse...

Think of the Sewing Clubhouse as a central place for all of your important info - your sewing brain! There is space to organize everything including:

  • Projects and Me Mades
  • Patterns
  • Fabric Stash
  • Social Media + Blog Posts
  • Budget
  • Inspiration
  • Resources
  • Wishlist

How does it work?

The Sewing Clubhouse is a Notion template which uses interconnected databases to organize all of your information. Notion is a free web-based software. You can use it on your desktop, tablet or phone.

Sign up for a FREE Notion account here if you do not already have one.

Step 1

Click the link in your Sewing Clubhouse PDF download to open the template.

Click DUPLICATE in the upper right and corner - this will create a duplicate template in your personal Notion dashboard.

Step 2

The fun part! Enter all of your own info into the databases. Start with something that seems manageable to you. I like to start with projects because it's so fun to see all of your me mades organized and happy looking back at you :)

There is a little bit of a learning curve if you've never used Notion before. The software is super intuitive so you'll pick it up quickly. We've taken most of the guess work out of it by creating, connecting and organizing the databases for you. All you need to do is add your own details.

Step 3

Customize it! There are endless ways to customize your Clubhouse to your personal workflow and sewing style. Add new databases, filter your databases to show the information in a new way, and customize your card covers with new colors or graphics in Cavna.

Enjoy :)

We can't wait to see how you use the Sewing Clubhouse! Please leave any questions or thoughts in the comments. Happy sewing!

Notion has a great desktop app, you can upload your files directly from your computer to the desktop app or use the notion website. You can add a photo of the pattern onto the pattern card as your cover.
