Our Social Media Specialist will oversee the development and execution of social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engage with target audiences, and promote Matchy across various platforms like Instagram, TikTok and Youtube. This includes creating content, monitoring interactions, analyzing data, and staying up-to-date with social media trends.

Hours

• Part time — approximately 20 hours per week with room for growth
• Work from home or on site
• Must be able to come to our studio in West Covia, CA at least twice per month

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Understanding of digital marketing trends

• Love for sewing and crafting

  Key responsibilities
• Content creation — Writing engaging posts, developing visual content (images, videos), and designing graphics for social media platforms. 
• Community management — Responding to comments, messages, and inquiries from followers, addressing customer concerns, and fostering positive interactions. 
• Analytics and reporting — Tracking key metrics like reach, engagement, and conversions to measure campaign performance and make data-driven adjustments. 
• Trend monitoring — Staying updated on emerging social media trends and incorporating them into strategy. 
• Collaboration — Working with other marketing teams to ensure alignment with overall marketing objectives. 
• Advertising Campaigns — Create and mange advertising campaigns to promote product and promotions
• Newsletters — Create and mange weekly newsletters
