This sewing pattern, including but not limited to all pattern pieces, instructions, illustrations, photographs, diagrams, graphics, text, layout, branding, logos, trademarks, and digital files (collectively, the "Pattern"), is the exclusive intellectual property of Matchy Matchy Sewing Club and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other applicable intellectual property laws.

Your purchase grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use this Pattern for your own personal, non-commercial use only. No ownership rights are transferred to you.

Permitted Use

You may:

  • Download and print the Pattern for your own personal use.
  • Sew garments for yourself or as personal gifts.

Prohibited Uses

Without the prior written consent of Matchy Matchy Sewing Club, you may not:

  • Copy, reproduce, modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works from the Pattern.
  • Share, email, upload, post, transmit, distribute, sublicense, lend, rent, lease, sell, or otherwise make the Pattern or any portion of it available to any third party.
  • Remove, obscure, alter, or replace any copyright notices, trademarks, logos, watermarks, branding, or other proprietary markings contained within the Pattern.
  • Digitize, trace, scan, redraw, convert, or recreate the Pattern for redistribution or commercial use.
  • Sell, license, or distribute printed copies of the Pattern.
  • Use the Pattern to manufacture or sell garments, kits, classes, workshops, tutorials, or any other products or services for commercial purposes.
  • Claim authorship or ownership of the Pattern or any portion thereof.

Any unauthorized copying, distribution, modification, commercial use, or removal of copyright or branding information constitutes copyright infringement and may violate applicable intellectual property laws.

Digital Rights

Each purchase provides a license for use by one individual only. The Pattern may not be shared with family members, friends, sewing groups, businesses, organizations, or online communities. Anyone wishing to use the Pattern must obtain their own licensed copy directly from Matchy Matchy Sewing Club.

Users assume all responsibility for the safe operation of sewing equipment, material selection, and construction techniques. Matchy Matchy Sewing Club shall not be liable for any injury, loss, damage, or expense arising from the use or misuse of this Pattern.

Enforcement

Matchy Matchy Sewing Club actively monitors and enforces its intellectual property rights. Unauthorized copying, redistribution, commercial use, removal of branding or copyright notices, or resale of this Pattern may result in legal action to the fullest extent permitted by law.
