Fabric orders are batch processed and shipped from our Los Angeles studio every 2-3 days a week. You will receive a shipping notification via email with your tracking number once the order is shipped.

The receiver is responsible for any additional taxes and duties. The on-going tariff situation is ever evolving and we have no control over how tariffs are applied and charged. If a package is refused because of additional duties or tariffs you will not receive a refund for the price of the order. We wish this was not the case and want everyone to be able to receive their packages at a reasonable rate.

International shipping costs are high. Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do about the shipping cost to countries outside of the USA, even to Canada. The rates are set by the post office and/or delivery companies and they are the only options available, we do not set these rates and we do not make any profit on shipping. The available options are quite expensive, but we keep them as an option because some customers would like this service.
We are hoping for a better solution in the future, but for now this is all we can offer.
Custom orders are cut and sewn specifically for you after your order has been placed. The lead time is 3-6 weeks. When your order is shipped you will receive a shipping notification via email with your tracking number. All orders ship via USPS and will arrive approximately 3-8 business days after they are dispatched.
