Imperfect Vintage Cottage Cotton - Small Bleed on Selvage

From time to time our fabric arrives to us with small flaws that we consider imperfect. This batch of our charming Vintage Cottage Cotton arrived with a small amount of red dye bleed along the selvage edge. The printed design itself is unaffected, and because the flaw is limited to the selvage, it can easily be avoided during cutting for most projects.

Lightweight, breathable, and wonderfully soft, this 100% cotton has an airy feel and beautiful drape that's perfect for warm-weather sewing. Inspired by vintage cottage wallpaper, the delicate print feels both nostalgic and fresh, making it a lovely choice for dresses, blouses, skirts, and relaxed everyday garments.

Due to its lightweight construction, this fabric is not completely opaque. Depending on your project and preference, you may wish to add a lining.

The printed fabric itself is unaffected, and the flaw does not impact the usability of the fabric for most sewing projects. It simply didn't meet our quality standards for full-price inventory.
