This is a wonderful knit for sewing comfortable everyday basics! We recommend using a ballpoint or jersey needle in size 75/11 or 80/12 to help prevent skipped stitches or damage to the knit fibers. A serger is great for construction, but you can also use a narrow zigzag or stretch stitch on a regular sewing machine.

Choose this fabric for soft, comfortable pieces that need a relaxed drape and a little natural stretch. Its light-to-midweight feel is especially nice for everyday layering, with enough substance to make a great T-shirt while remaining breathable and easy to wear throughout the year.

Machine wash cold with like colors and tumble dry low or hang to dry. We recommend prewashing before cutting, as 100% cotton may shrink. To help maintain the shape of your finished garments, avoid stretching the fabric while wet and lay flat to dry when possible. Press on low to medium heat as needed.
