Love this…but…despite my measurements a M was the better sizing than the L. Nothing wrong with that! Also I’m tall, so I added a border of scallops and I put buttons all down the back.
Quick and easy project! The instructions were clear and easy to follow! I found the pattern to run a bit big and had to size down after cutting out my fabric.
Sewed mine up using heavyweight linen and absolutely love the finished piece. I’ve worn it a few times and always get really positive comments on it. It was a quick, easy sew - very satisfying and perfect to use up a bit of fabric I already had laying around. I extended the top by about 3 inches and I’m very glad I did (I just can’t do the cropped thing anymore). Will definitely sew up a few more of these.
